Future of Healthcare
The Solutions Platform for the Future of Healthcare
ZKNFT 2027: The Hospital of 2030
From Transformation to Impact – Managing Care 2027
The hospital landscape continues to undergo massive transformation: immense cost pressure and structural adjustments on the one hand, and the interplay of specializations, new care models, and technologies on the other, are reshaping how hospitals operate and patients receive care.
At ZKNFT, the solutions platform for the future of healthcare, hospital managers, politicians, and experts will discuss on Thursday, February 11, 2027 at the Bolle Festsäle Berlin: Which reforms are truly effective, and where does implementation falter? How do hospitals secure their results while protecting care? What do future-proof strategies look like, from service portfolios to outpatient care? And how do digitalization and AI move from pilot projects to everyday care?
In the morning, the 2027 reality check will be the focus: How can the path from transformation to impact be achieved? Topics for discussion include financing under new pressure, the implementation of service groups (portfolio, alliance, or withdrawal?), outpatient care as an operating system, and emergency care 2027.
The afternoon is dedicated to implementation: AI and agentic work in hospitals, productivity without burnout, the transformation fund with viable business cases, and resilience as quality of care. The congress concludes with Commitment 2027: What will be demonstrably different by ZKNFT 2028?
Speakers and guests contribute to the ZKNFT community on this day: Exciting insights, intensive exchange, and interactive formats – because tomorrow’s healthcare can only be shaped together!
