The shortage of skilled professionals is intensifying, especially in rural regions where there is a lack of doctors and medical specialists. At the same time, bureaucracy and extensive documentation requirements burden daily practice \u2013 time that is missing from patient care. Economically, capped budgets, lump sums, and insufficient remuneration \u2013 for example, for prevention, consultation services, or psychosocial care \u2013 create financial uncertainty. Investments in digitalization, continuing education, or quality management are rarely adequately funded.
