    Dr. Reinhard Wichels
    Managing Director

    Dr. Wichels has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Prior to the founding of WMC he was a partner in an international management consulting company. He is a doctor and has worked in various hospitals, including the university hospital at Großhadern, where he was a scientific research assistant in the field of cardiology.

    Dr. Tobias Möhlmann
    Managing Director

    Dr. Möhlmann is a doctor and has more than 10 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector. He studied medicine in Heidelberg, at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and at the Harvard Medical School, and obtained a PhD in metabolic biochemistry. In parallel, he studied business administration, and prior to the founding of WMC he was a partner in an international management consulting company.

    Prof. Dr. Christian Wallwiener
    Managing Director

    Prof. Dr. Wallwiener is a doctor with clinical training at the Technical University of Munich, Harvard University and Oxford University. He qualified as a professor in the field of experimental gynaecology, and has many years of experience in the healthcare sector. He previously worked in an international management consulting company, and is a partner at WMC.

    Partner

    Mr. Eckert looks back on more than 15 years of management and consulting experience in the healthcare industry. Before his appointment as partner at WMC, he held leading positions at international audit and consulting companies as well as at private healthcare providers. He holds a master’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Passau and an MBA in Healthcare.

    For the last 16 years Stefanie Lonkwitz worked for two major international consulting companies, of those 7 years in the healthcare sector with the focus on recruiting, resource management and people development. Within WMC Stefanie is in charge of our divisions HR and Operations.

    Nico Foerster

    Mr. Foerster is a health economist, who obtained a master’s degree in health policy, economics and management at Maastricht University and the medical university Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm. He has many years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, and before joining WMC he worked in an international management consulting company.

    Saskia Gleitsmann

    Mrs. Gleitsmann graduated in business administration and has several years of experience in organizational development and change management in the health care sector, as well as sound expertise in training and coaching. She also holds a degree in psychology and completed her master's degree in business administration at WHU with study visits to Singapore (NUS) and England (LSE), as well as her master's degree in Health & Medical Management at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.

    Dr. Rajendra Persaud

    Dr. Persaud is an information technology specialist, and has more than 5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector. He studied information technology at the RWTH Aachen University and at the Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, and obtained a PhD in the field of communication networks. Before joining WMC, he worked in an international management consulting company, and in an operational role at a university hospital.

    Mr. Hofferbert holds a Master of Arts, and successfully completed his studies of history, politics and economics at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg (Heidelberg University). He has many years of experience in industry and the healthcare sector. Before joining WMC, he worked as a project manager in industry, and as a hospital logistics specialist.

    Dr. Andrea Allgäuer

    Dr. Allgäuer studied molecular biotechnology at the Technical University of Munich, and obtained a PhD at the Erlangen university hospital in the field of immunology. While studying, she worked in various areas of a large pharmaceutical corporation. At WMC she contributes her national and international project experience.

    Mrs. Becker is a qualified business administrator, and obtained a master’s degree in marketing management at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. Her thesis focused on the global trend of medical tourism and its relevant effects on health economics.

    Dr. Janet Peters-Alt

    Mrs. Peters-Alt is a nursing and health scientist, and works in a leading position as a medical controller and quality manager in various German clinics. Following several years in the USA, in 2012 she entered the management consulting field. Mrs. Peters-Alt is in demand as a book author and visiting lecturer at various universities. At WMC she heads the medical controlling department.

    Mr. Seyr accomplished his studies at the London School of Economics and has many years of professional experience in the consulting sector. At his last state of employment, he worked for a well-established, internationally operating consulting agency, whereby he concentrated on the consulting of numerous PE Fonds. At WMC he serves investors in the Healthcare and Life Science Sector with a main focus on Commercial Due Diligence & Post Deal Value Creation.

    Maximilian Classen

    Mr. Classen studied health economics and business administration in Munich, and is currently completing a master’s degree in General Management at Middlesex University in London. He has several years of experience in different aspects of healthcare, and prior to joining WMC worked in an international management consulting company.

    Mrs. Paltian is a qualified business administrator and obtained a master’s degree in Mannheim. She has many years of experience in Strategy Advisory with focus on Life Science and Healthcare as well as Business Development. Prior to her employment as a consultant, Mrs. Paltian worked for several years at one of the largest trading and real estate companies in Germany.

    Aline Bohrer

    Mrs. Bohrer is a business administrator, and is currently completing an MBA in health management and controlling at the Graduate School Rhein-Neckar in Mannheim. Prior to her appointment at WMC, she worked in a hospital staff position and as an authorised representative for two medical supply centres. She also gained initial experience with a nationwide supplementary health insurance fund, in the area of budget negotiations. At WMC, she contributes several years of practical experience to the area of analytics.

    Mrs. Witeczek obtained a master’s degree in health economics at the University of Bayreuth, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Münster. At WMC, she contributes her previous practical and project experience to the area of analytics.

    Dr. Kollmar did his doctorate as a consultant and holds an MBA. Due to his experience of attending more than 100 chief physician conferences, inter alia as executive of a healthcare consultancy, he is in charge of the service line of material costs optimization.

    Mrs. Landgraf is a graduate psychologist and studied at Dresden University of Technology and at UCO in Angers, France. In addition, she has a Bachelor Professional of Human Resources Management (CCI) and attended various further education courses in Health Management. At WMC she is in charge of HR and People Development.

    Mrs. Fiedler has worked for 25 years in the healthcare sector. She is a trained nurse and has over 7 years of work experience in DRG accounting in hospitals and MDK (German Medical Review Board of the Statutory Health Insurance Funds). At WMC Mrs. Fiedler works at the medical controlling department.

    Uta Schnieder

    Mrs. Schnieder has been working in the health sector for more than 35 years. She holds a degree in nursing management with emphasis on hospital management as well as nursing education. In 2003, she moved to medical controlling in the hospital and subsequently expanded her knowledge and professional experience on the part of the payers. At WMC Mrs. Schnieder is part of the medical controlling team.

    Mr. Hellmann graduated in business management and studied at the University of Cologne and RWTH Aachen. After obtaining his master’s degree, he took a leading role as a project manager for cost optimization projects in the healthcare industry at an internationally operating company. At WMC he leads projects with a main focus on material costs optimization in the consulting area.

    Mr. Rimpler holds a degree in business administration and has gained profound experiences in the healthcare sector with a main focus on hospital controlling. Before joining WMC, he used to operate as the head of strategic controlling for a hospital network. Inter alia, he was in charge of an ERP entities mergence and the introduction of a Business Warehouse for the controlling department.

That includes working experiences at global producers of medical technology and several years of working at an international, hospital focused consultancy.

Prior to joining WMC, he worked as a project manager for a consulting company specialized on medium-sized enterprises and private equity companies, whereby he focused on advising numerous private equity funds.

    Mr. Wickop is a pharmacist with several years of experience in the healthcare sector. He obtained his approbation as a pharmacist after studying pharmacy at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg. During his studies he completed a clinical intern at a hospital in Peru and a diploma thesis at University of Sydney. Before joining WMC he worked as a pharmacist in leading position for a variety of pharmaceutical enterprises.
